I adored the central location and top-notch concierge service at this hotel. However, our executive room's layout was a nightmare for us - with steep stairs to the bed causing worries and discomfort. The cleanliness issues, missing amenities, and unprofessional staff behavior were disappointing. On the bright side, Mr Daddy's warm welcome made us feel at home.

staying at the Victoria was a delightful experience. check in was quick and friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. the festive ambiance over Christmas added to the charm. the location, right in front of the central station, was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Zaanse Schans Windmill and easy access to boat cruises. the staff, especially the manager, Peter, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. overall, a highly recommended stay.

Pros of my stay at the hotel were mind-blowing! The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was jaw-dropping with amazing orange juice, and the toiletries were really good. The spot was killer, right across from Central Station and made it so easy to drop off bags and start exploring Amsterdam pronto. The rooms were bang-up - big, tidy, comfy for the fam. The staff was on top of things, super helpful with umbrellas and sorting us out with Ubers in the rain. Gym and pool were awesome options after long days trekking around the city. 🌟 Only bummer was we had to ask for a full room clean; expected a thorough job without having to prompt.

I chose this hotel for a business council, and the central Amsterdam location combined with a choice of 10 meeting rooms made it an ideal choice. The Active Club provided a perfect way to de-stress after a productive meeting.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing- right opposite the train station and in an extremely fantastic area with many shops and tourist destinations nearby. The staff were very service-oriented and helped us with any request we had. The room amenities were great too- we had everything from air conditioning to a mini-bar and even soundproofed rooms. The dining area was cosy and served great continental breakfast options and delicious special diet menus. And the leisure spa & wellness centre was the cherry on top- with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, we had a great time relaxing and de-stressing here.

Definitely recommending this venue to anyone looking for a special stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in a great downtown location. the girl at the front desk was very attentive and made sure we were pleased with our room. the hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Being right across from the buses, trams, and train station made it convenient for exploring the area and visiting museums. the facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the love package we requested, which included delicious chocolates, prosecco, and rose petals on the bed.

The location was ideal, across from Central Station and close to all the sights. Vic's bar downstairs was a great spot to relax. The breakfast had a nice range of options and the hotel public areas were well-maintained.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, right next to all means of transportation and lots of shops and cafes. The rooms in the Urban wing are modern and well-designed, with a beautiful bathroom and plenty of closet space. The gym facilities are fantastic, with a variety of machines and a 24-hour access. The concierge staff is friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit for our anniversary!

The only downside was the internet TV in the bedroom, which didn't work very well and required an additional fee for internet access.

Conveniently positioned near the train terminal with close proximity to local eateries and attractions. Room was spacious and noise-free, offering terrific sleeping comfort. The breakfast at the hotel was an experience to remember. I ordered poached eggs, and when they arrived, they looked more like abstract art than breakfast! The chef must have been feeling creative.
